Recreation Centre Corporate Membership Request - Employee/Retiree

This form is for use when employees or retirees of the Municipality are requesting to purchase a membership for the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.

Those eligible for a discounted membership include:

• Current full-time employees
• Fire Services employees
• Retirees who retired from full-time service with the Municipality

Available membership packages include:

Annual membership ($490.00 + tax) -  Corporate annual membership with 50% discount: $245.00 + tax

Annual senior membership ($393.00 + tax) - Corporate annual senior membership with 50% discount: $196.50 + tax

Please note:

Part-time employees and retirees of the Leamington Police Services and PUC are not eligible for corporate membership rates.
