Winter On-Street Parking Permit Application

Note: You must complete an application for each vehicle requiring a parking permit.

Fee: $113.00 HST included.

Online payment is currently not available. Once you have submitted your form, the Legislative Department will review your application within 5-10 business days. Once approved you will receive a phone call to notify you your Winter Parking Permit is ready for pick up. Payment will be due at the time of pick up at the Leamington Municipal Building, 111 Erie Street North, Leamington, ON N8H 2Z9.

Payment methods accepted include debit and cheque. All cheques, money orders, and bank drafts can be made to "Municipality of Leamington".

Please note that your application is not considered approved until notified and payment has been received.

Applicant Information

In accordance with section 86 of By-law 95-25, a person may apply for a Winter Parking Permit for a Vehicle if the person is the Owner of the Vehicle and is the Owner or Tenant of an Owner of a property that does not have space on the property sufficient for the parking of the Vehicle.
