Winter On-Street Parking Permit Application

Note: You must complete an application for each vehicle requiring a parking permit.

Fee: $113.00 HST included.

Payment: Online payment is currently not available. Once you have submitted your form, you can either mail your payment to Municipality of Leamington, 111 Erie Street North, Leamington, ON N8H 2Z9, or drop it off in a sealed envelope at the drop box located at the entrance of the Leamington Municipal Building off Queens Avenue. If submitting the online form, you must clearly mark the envelope containing payment with your first and last name, address and phone number so that our Customer Service Department can match your form to your payment. Cheques, money orders and bank drafts can be made payable to "Municipality of Leamington". Please note that your application is not considered "received" until such time that a payment has been received.
