This request is to be forwarded to the Clerk's Department a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the event.

Fee: Applications for Exemption are subject to a $50.00 service fee.

 By submitting this application, the applicant affirms that the facts set forth in this document are true and complete and agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. The applicant shall be able to produce the approved noise exemption during the event if requested by the a law enforcement official.
  1. The applicant shall abide by any additional terms and conditions identified by the Clerk’s Department as set out in the approved noise exemption.
  1. The approved exemption may be revoked if the exemption was granted as a result of false or misleading information, an error in administration, or noncompliance with any terms and conditions established.
  1. Failure to comply with any terms and conditions of the noise exemption process may be grounds for refusal of any future requests for noise exemptions.
