If submitting using the online form, you must ensure to clearly mark your envelope with your first and last name, address, and phone number so that our Customer Service Department can match you form to your payment. Please note that your inquiry will not be processed until such time that a payment has been received.

The transfer and sale of Municipally-owned lands is subject to the approval of the Council of the Municipality of Leamington and may be undertaken by tender or other form of public sale.

Further, the submission and processing of this inquiry does not commit the Municipality of Leamington to sell or transfer the lands to the person or entity submitting this inquiry or sell or transfer the lands at all.
