"Family Fireworks" are low-hazard fireworks for recreation and include but are not limited to, firework showers, fountains, golden rain, lawn lights, pinwheels, roman candles, volcanoes, sparklers and other similar devices but do not include Christmas crackers, and paper containing no more than 25/100 grain of explosives on average per cap, devices for use with such caps, safety flares or marine rockets.

Please note that no person shall sell family fireworks or possess family fireworks for the purpose of sale except on Victoria Day, Canada Day and each of the seven (7) days immediately preceding Victoria Day and Canada Day.

I am the owner or authorized agent or the owner of the above application, and I certify the truth of all the statements and representations in this and all other documents submitted.  I confirm that I have read the regulations contained regarding the sale of fireworks, including family fireworks, as set out in By-law 600-05.

I acknowledge that it is an offence to provide false information or to contravene any of the regulations contained in By-law 600-05.
