Applicant and Property Owner information

The fee for inquiring about your sewer capacity for the purpose of an ADU is $150.00.

Once the application has been submitted, an email will be sent to the owner within approximately 10 business days confirming if the sewer capacity of the property is sufficient to support an additional dwelling unit.

Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant's email address upon submission.

Payment Options:

Online payment is now available via credit card. A convenience fee will be applied to the total.
