Municipal Drains

Under the Drainage Maintenance Program, the Municipal Drainage Superintendent can oversee maintenance cleaning of a municipal drainage works pursuant to the provisions of The Drainage Act R.S.O. 1990, in accordance with the report plans and profile of the last adopted Engineer's Report, for the respective drainage works. The Province of Ontario may provide a one-third grant towards relative costs assessed against eligible farmlands.
